Labor. Rafael Villalona reports on the work of the RD Mission Headquarters
Engineer Rafael Villalona, Chief of Mission of the 2022 Central American and Caribbean Games Headquarters, delivered to the Executive Committee of the Dominican Olympic Committee the report of the first working session, an event that will be held next year at a date and venue by define.
Engineer Villalona presented the progress and steps that have been taken in order to form the delegation that will represent the country in the multisport event.
The information was offered by the president of the Dominican Olympic Committee, Antonio Acosta, shortly after the meeting of the Executive Committee of the organization. Acosta said that the necessary steps are already being taken in the organization and conformation of the Dominican representation. “We are very satisfied with what we have received from the Headquarters of Mission for the Central American and Caribbean Games next year,” said Acosta.
The president of the COD said that in the coming days there will be a meeting with the national sports federations to expose important aspects about athletes and logistics. For the next meeting of the Executive Committee of the COD, it will be the turn of the Headquarters of Mission of the First Junior Pan American Games, which will be held from September 9 to 19 of this year in Cali, Colombia.
The COD executives made a aside in reference to the celebration of Sports Day as the development of humanity.

Work for Games
Both the engineer Villalona, from the Central American and Caribbean 2022, and Luis Chanlatte, from the Panamerican Juniors of Cali, have held meetings with their respective work teams, organizing the program of both delegations. The Mission Headquarters are currently working with the athletes’ classification programs at both appointments.
