Elena Gaskell has scored 158 points to finish just behind the German Kea Kuehnel.
The Canadian Elena Gaskell was awarded the bronze medal at the event big air in freestyle skiing at the Jamboree in Quebec city, Saturday.
A native of Vernon, British Columbia, Gaskell has scored 158 points to finish just behind the German Kea Kuehnel (160,50).
The Swiss Mathilde Gremaud won the gold with a harvest of 178 points.
Yuka Tsubota, Whistler, British Columbia, ended at the foot of the podium, in fourth place, while Megan Oldham, Parry Sound, Ontario, has taken hold of the fifth level.
In men, the Quebec Philippe Langevin has been the best representative of the maple leaf flag, finishing in fifth place. The Ontario Max Moffatt has taken the sixth rank.
The Austrian Lukas Muellauer has put hand on the gold medal, followed by the Swiss Faban Boesch and Andri Ragettli.
The final of the big air snowboarding will be presented later Saturday in the island of Flowers.
