    Training, career guidance and job offers are the three key points sought by the hundreds of young people who have enrolled in ‘Fórmate’, the first virtual fair organized by Fermasa in its 42-year history and which will take place from April 13 to 15.The pandemic situation has made Fermasa adapt to the current circumstances, in which the virtual has gained a weight that until a few months ago we could not even imagine . This reality, together with the type of young public to whom this fair is directed, has encouraged those responsible for the Armilla-Granada Trade Fair to launch this virtual event which, given the current situation, It is not ruled out that this format will be maintained in the future.This will be the ninth edition of this training, education and employment fair And it will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. without interruption, on an online platform developed by Fermasa and with the collaboration of the Junta de Andalucía, through the Ministry of Employment, Training and Autonomous Work and Education and Sports , as well as the Diputación de Granada, the Armilla City Council, the University of Granada and the Association of Young Entrepreneurs.This online platform is far from what is being offered as virtual fairs in other events, since what Fermasa offers is the closest thing to the experience of a face-to-face fair, since the visitor will be able to interact in each one of the stands that they want and, even, chat with the exhibitor, exchange data and documentation, watch videos, download information and even have video calls with the exhibiting company. 50 companies and institutions those who have opted for this first virtual experience of Fermasa, among them, some as important as the University of Granada, the Junta de Andalucía, Mapfre, the Red Cross or the Spanish Army, among others. virtual assembly hall in which 16 live activities will be developed between talks, webinars, presentations and round tables, some as interesting as the talks on certificates of professionalism, training for the rural world or why study at the UGR. ‘is totally free through the website www.fermasa.es.
