The owner of the “Dallas Mavericks” mark Cuban believes that the behavior of NBA teams in a pandemic coronavirus can determine their reputation for decades to come.
“It’s not only a safety issue, but also business. How the company will solve this problem, define their brand for the next decade. No reason to rush things. I would prefer to err on the side of too careful, so not going to tell people to go to work. If you hurry and someone gets sick, your company will remember. If you do not care about their employees or shareholders and will not put them in the first place, your company will remember. To take care of their employees is not only a smart move but also a good business. That’s the way I look at it”, – quotes the words of Cuban CNBC.
The NBA suspended the season because of the pandemic coronavirus. The players are currently in quarantine. The outbreak of the disease caused by a coronavirus, was recorded at the end of December 2019 in the most densely populated city in Central China — 12-million city of Wuhan.
