2 cinnamon sticks
1 vanilla pod
1. In a large saucepan, mix the plum halves, 1 Cup sugar and cinnamon.
2. Extracted seeds from vanilla and add to the pan, only the pod.
3. Put on a small fire and stirring occasionally cook for approximately 45 minutes, until the compote thickens. If required, add more sugar.
