Wheat flour – 225 g

Grated carrots – 175 g
Oil for lubrication

For the glaze:
Cream cheese – 75 g
Butter – 2 tbsp
Sugar powder – 340 g
Vanilla – 1 tsp

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

2. In a bowl whisk together the oil, eggs and honey until they become a smooth consistency.

3. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, vanilla and grated carrots and beat well.

4. Pour the cake mixture into a greased baking dish with a diameter of 23 cm and bake in the oven for one hour. After let it cool and carefully take out the cake from the mold.

5. For the frosting, mix the cream cheese and butter together until light, airy consistency. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla and stir until smooth.

6. As soon as the cake has cooled, using a sharp knife or a brush, spread the icing on the cake.
