1 kg of cauliflower
1 kg zucchini
700 g sweet pepper
500 g of tomatoes
250 g onions
salt to taste
200 g carrots
vegetable oil to taste
1. Finely crumble the onion, grate the carrots on a medium grater.
2. Share the cabbage, the courgettes and cut into cubes, pepper strips.
3. Fry the onion in vegetable oil, add carrots, cabbage, zucchini, pepper and simmer under a lid for 10 minutes.
4. Then add tomato, season and simmer until tender. Ready stew sprinkle with herbs.
