500 g minced meat
200 g boiled buckwheat
1 tbsp corn starch
4 tbsp semolina
3 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp tomato paste
1. Cook buckwheat. Grind 1 onion and mix together with the mince.
2. Minced meat mixed with buckwheat, season to taste. Pour the starch.
3. Make small cutlets, dip in the semolina and abdrives. Then the treasure in a pot for steaming.
4. Add onion, water and tomato paste. Simmer for 30 minutes. Then add sour cream and stew for approximately 7 minutes.
