300 g carrots

400 g of potatoes

200 g pickled cucumbers

400 g canned peas

200 g of sauerkraut

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
1.Beets, potatoes and carrots cook not cleaned. Then cools.

2. Cucumbers cut into cubes, finely chop the cabbage.

3. Clean the vegetables and cut into small cubes.

4. Mix all ingredients, season to taste and fill with vegetable oil. When serving, decorate with greens.
