1 kg of flour

1.25 Cup water

2 eggs

1 kg fresh mushrooms

1 onion

6 tbsp olive oil

4 tbsp. butter

2 tbsp cream

1 tbsp cheese

60 g of parsley

salt and pepper to taste

1. For the dough mix the flour and salt. Whisk eggs with olive oil and water. Then, gradually pouring the egg mixture into the flour, knead elastic dough. Cover it with a cloth and leave for 30 minutes.

2. For the filling, finely chop the mushrooms and onions, fry them in butter. Add the cream, season and simmer for 10 minutes. The filling should be juicy.

3. Roll out the dough into 2 thin cost. The first blend 1 teaspoon of the filling at a distance of 3-5 cm from each other. Cover with a second layer, tightly press your fingers around the filling and cut into squares.

4. Cook ravioli in boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Spread on a dish, dress with butter and sprinkle with grated cheese.
