Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

500 ml of milk
1 tbsp corn starch
1 vanilla pod
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp grated chocolate
1. Cut the vanilla pod in half lengthways and remove the seeds.
2. Dilute the starch in half a glass of milk. To avoid lumps, stir gently with a teaspoon.
3. The rest of milk with vanilla bring to a boil, then diminish the fire, remove the vanilla and pour it into krochmal. Add sugar or honey. Cook, stirring 2-3 minutes.
4. The finished jelly is cooled for 30 minutes, then pour into cups and serve, sprinkled with chocolate.
