Beef 800 g.
Onion — 1 PC.
Carrot — 1 PC.
Parsley root — 1 PC.

For the filling:
Beet – 2 PCs.
Carrots — 2 PCs.
Potatoes — 3 PCs.
Red sweet pepper — 1 medium
Cabbage – ¼ of a small cabbage
Tomatoes – 4 PCs.
Garlic — 3 cloves
Apple cider vinegar — 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
Put the meat in castelu and bring to a boil. Add the onion, carrot and parsley root. Cook for 2.5 hours. 15 minutes before the end put salt and Bay leaf.
Strain the broth. Cut the meat into small pieces.
