Seven of the accused persons to nocturnal disturbances, aggravated or contempt against the police in December 2017 appeared, this Tuesday, November 6, before the criminal court of Nimes. The representative of the prosecutor’s office reminded that it was the “trial of the sans-gêne, a society that is increasingly violent, and a certain lack of respect.” Three of the accused were acquitted on the benefit of the doubt. For one of the defendants, the facts being prosecuted were re-qualified into violence voluntary. He was sentenced to a fine and an internship of citizenship. The other defendants were sentenced to fines contraventionnelles or criminal.
