300 g mushrooms
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 pickled pepper
100 g arugula
1 tbsp. vinegar
salt to taste
100 g Parmesan cheese
100 g green Basil
1. Mushrooms washed, cleaned and cut into small pieces. Sprinkle limonium juice.
2. For the sauce, chop Basil, tomatoes, peppers. Mix olive oil and vinegar. Add to the mix the Basil, tomato and pickled pepper. Add salt to taste. Mix thoroughly.
3. The sauce is ready pour it on a plate, spread on top of mushrooms and rucola. When serving, decorate with slices of Parmesan.
