125 g wheat flour
2 tbsp flour with the baking powder
1 tsp curry
125 g butter
75 g Parmesan
85 g cheddar
20 g Roquefort cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
1. Mix in a blender the flour, curry, and butter until the consistency of breadcrumbs.
2. Add all except cheese 25 g Parmesan. Mix well and shape the dough into a ball.
3. Next, make a roll 30 cm long, wrap in cling film and leave in the fridge for 1 hour. Then cut into slices of 5 mm. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
4. Spread on a baking sheet with parchment. Sprinkle top with Parmesan and bake for 15 minutes.
