In the parks Department, Kyiv city state administration announced the start of a fierce struggle with the encroachment of illegal advertising in the capital.
This was announced on Thursday, December 6, on the official website of the KSCA.
According to the head of Department of control over accomplishment of the Department of urban development Taras Panchia, in the last two weeks locked 522 phones specified in illegally placed announcements.
“For the unauthorized placing of advertisements at bus stops, poles and other elements of improvement of Kiev, we have developed an effective system of dialers,” – said Panchi.
“That is, in the case of unauthorized placement of advertising funds in the capital improvement elements, to the phone number specified in it, will continuously be called with the informing of violation of Rules of improvement and commitments for the immediate elimination of infringements” − warned the official.
It is noted that the dial will be carried out continuously until the removal of the advertiser of the breach and payment of a fine to the city budget in the amount of 1700 UAH.
“The dial system proved its high efficiency. Only 2 weeks composed of 10 administrative reports, fines which will fill the city budget UAH 17000, violators are on their own to eliminate violations,” − summed up Panchi.
