1 Cup flour

1 Cup water

100 g butter

4 eggs

salt to taste

200 g of cottage cheese

1 Cup sugar

vanilla to taste

200 ml cream

1. Boil butter, water and salt. Stirring constantly, gradually add the flour. Reduce the flame, stir until smooth. When the mixture has cooled, beat one egg.

2. Take a pastry bag, and planted it on a baking sheet through the dough in small balls. Bake in the preheated oven and after 10 minutes, reduce fire and cook for another 15 minutes.

3. When the éclairs are cooled, using a piping bag fill them with cream. For this curd mix with the sugar, add whipped cream and vanilla. Mix and whisk firmly.
