A homeless American Kevin Booth from the city of Sumner, Washington recently became a real celebrity thanks to his act.
32-year-old man for the last seven and a half years living on the street. One summer night he, as usual, came to the building of a food Foundation.
In the words of booth, he hoped to find some food, which often leave volunteers, but instead found a brown paper bag from the supermarket Fred Meyer.
When Kevin opened the package, it was a real shock.
“I almost lost consciousness. I never touched so much money and I don’t think ever again will feel,” says Kevin.
The homeless man didn’t believe her, so I sniffed one of the bills to make sure that it’s real.
“Then I thought to get out or stay?”
A Bag of Cash
Being homeless shouldn’t blur the line between right and wrong.
It certainly didn’t for Kevin Booth.
One morning not long ago, he had a decision to make. And it was tough. But Kevin did the right thing, the honorable thing, and for that he is my Hero.

Booth did not know how much cash is in the package, but understood that it was not his money. In the end, he decided to transfer them to one of the volunteers.
Inside lay wads of banknotes in denominations of 20 and 100 dollars. As it turned out, the package in total there were 17 thousand dollars.
Policejskie never found the person who left the money in the package. Until the end of November it’s been 90 days since the discovery of money is a legal period after which they can remain the one who found them. Police held a special ceremony of transfer of funds: it booth thanked for his honesty and gave him some money.
“We are all very proud of You and believe that your actions are in the best traditions of the citizens of Sumner,” said Jeff Engel, the chief of police Sumner.
The organization plans to spend the money for the completion of the building — this will help you make even more homeless.
“There are many people who have taken the money themselves. I’m just not that kind of person,” says Kevin.
The man himself lives in the woods in a tent, and offer to give him the room refused. The Bank Director promised to allocate him a special ration cards with which he will be able to buy their own food.
The police awarded the honorary diploma of the homeless. Now he is looking for clothes for the winter.
Recall the brave homeless man tried to stop the terrorist. He is a hero does not consider himself, but all admire his action.
As reported by the portal “Znayu” researchers from South Africa first in the world to create eco-bricks, the main component of which was human urine.
Also “Znayu” wrote the man spent almost half his life under the ground, but was able to find a way home.
