500 g spaghetti
8 cloves of garlic
2 chili peppers
50 g parsley
100 ml olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1. Bring water in saucepan to a boil and cook spaghetti. 5 minutes until cooked heat the pan and olive oil and fry the garlic and chilli. When the garlic is soft, add parsley, stir and remove from heat.
2. When the spaghetti is al dente, add them to the pan. Simmer on low heat for 1 minute, always stirring. Then add the lemon juice and zest, season and stir. Served to the table.
