6 tomatoes

1 cucumber

2 cloves of garlic

1 sweet pepper

½ Cup water

½ Cup olive oil

3 tbsp wine vinegar

1 tbsp. salt

1. Peel the tomatoes and cucumber, then finely chop. Cut the pepper and remove the seeds.

2. Mix together in bowl tomatoes, cucumber, garlic, pepper, water, olive oil, vinegar and salt and mix well. Then grind the mixture in a blender at high speed.

3. Put the vegetable puree back in the bowl, cover and leave in the fridge for 4 hours.
