3 tbsp milk
½ Tsp sugar
3 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp brown sugar
4 tbsp water
1. Whisk eggs with milk and sugar. Then dip the bread in the mixture. Heat the pan on medium heat, pour oil and fry each toast on both sides until Golden brown.
2. For the caramel in a saucepan, mix the butter, water and sugar. Bring to the boil and allow to simmer for about 3 minutes, or until the mixture thickens.
3. Remove the mixture from the heat and add to the sauce and bananas. Cover and leave for a few minutes.
4. Pour the caramel toasts and serve.
