Daredevil cancelled : Charlie Cox always ready to resume his role

Daredevil will not have a season 4 on Netflix, the platform having recently cancelled the series the Marvel superheroes. A disappointment ? Yes, but not enough to cool Charlie Cox, however, always ready to resume his role.

Described by many as the best series of super-heroes, Daredevil has unfortunately no right to season 4 on Netflix. In the same way that Luke Cage and Iron Fist, the fiction has been cancelled by the streaming platform, for reasons yet unknown and despite the fact that the fans were recently mobilized to convince her to continue the adventure.

Charlie Cox disappointed by the cancellation…

A decision that has understandably disappointed the public, but also its actors. Thus, it is at the micro-EW that Charlie Cox – the great interpreter of Matt Murdock, told for the first time on this situation. And like Deborah Ann Woll (Karen), it proved to be extremely touched : “I am really saddened. I had the feeling that we still had a lot more stories to tell. It’s strange to say that I could probably more replay Matt. This character was a huge part of my life these past 4 years.

… but already ready to return

However, while rumours suggest the ability to see another string, or another platform to retrieve the series, the comedian did not hesitate to open the door to a return. After stating “I don’t want to give any false hope“, Charlie Cox recalled that season 4 was already in preparation at the time of its cancellation and it looked awesome “I was really excited vis-à-vis the ideas that were advanced“.

Result, when the journalist asked him if he would be willing to rethread his mask in case of a rescue, he said : “come Back ? Oh my god, yes ! I don’t know how this could be possible, but maybe one day we will be able to resume“. It is hoped that its message will be heard.
