500 g pork
100 ml vegetable broth
4 heads red onion
8 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp corn flour
100 ml cider
20 g parsley
50 g butter
1. Cut and fry in butter and onions. When it becomes soft, add finely chopped garlic. Fry for a few minutes, then pour the cider and vegetable broth, simmer on high heat 7 minutes, stirring constantly.
2. Low down the heat and make the sauce thick by adding corn flour with water. Mix with a whisk.
3. After stewing onions for another 2 minutes, parallel to the grill or frying pan pork. Sauce mix with parsley, sprinkle with salt and serve with meat.
