4 slices of white bread
600 g chicken meat, minced
150 ml of milk
1 bunch parsley
150 g of chanterelles
1 bunch of dill
salt and pepper to taste

1. Cut the mushrooms and onions. Then fry them in a frying pan until tender. Boil the egg and chop. Mix mushrooms, egg, herbs and seasoning in a large bowl.
2. Remove from bread crust, soaked in milk and squeeze. To the stuffing add bread and beaten eggs, season and carefully blend until smooth.
3. Next divide the meat into tortillas, in the middle of each put the filling. Dip in breadcrumbs and fry on medium heat until Golden brown.
