400 g buckwheat groats
400 g porcini mushrooms
100 g butter
100 g of cheese Parmesan
100 ml vegetable oil
salt to taste
1. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the onion until transparent. Add the mushrooms and fry, stirring occasionally, until most of the juice evaporates.
2. In a pan with oil fry the buckwheat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Then add onions and mushrooms and simmer for 3 minutes. Then pour cereal with water to cover the contents, add salt and bring to a boil.
3. Put the pan in the oven on 200 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
4. Then add to the saucepan the butter, Parmesan, stir and leave for 5 minutes.
