1. Add water to the pan, 30 g of butter and sugar and bring to a boil. Then add the flour and quickly stir until smooth. Prepare the dough on the heat for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and one by one break the eggs, mix thoroughly. Next, using a pastry bag landed on the parchment in small balls and bake for 15 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven. Then open for a couple seconds and bake for another 15 minutes.

2. To make the cream, the sugar, divide in half, one part is added to milk, there lay the vanilla. The second part of the RUB with the yolks. On average ownershave milk. Add to the yolks the flour and starch, mix beaters and pour 50 ml of slightly warm milk. The remaining milk bring to the boil, pour on to yolks. Then the whole mass pour back into the saucepan and over medium heat bring to a thickening stirring constantly.

3. The profiteroles make small holes and fill them with cream.
