100 g of tuna in oil
200 g white beans
1 red onion
1 tbsp olive oil
pepper and salt to taste
1. From tins of beans drain all liquid, and rinse beans.
2. Add to the bowl of beans and tuna. Coarsely chop the onion, and sprinkle them with the salad.
3. Season the salad, squeezing the juice from half of a lemon, pour olive oil and mix thoroughly.
