300 g of dry cottage cheese
3 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp brown sugar
½ Tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp. almond extract
lingonberry jam to taste
1 tbsp lemon zest
1.Spread the cream cheese in a bowl, add the egg. Pour the sugar, then RUB the curd to a fine paste.
2. Then add the lemon zest, mix with almond extract. Add the cinnamon and corn flour. Carefully stir the dough.
3. Dough forming round cheesecakes. Every dip in cornmeal and fry in hot wide pan until Golden brown.
4. On each plate put 3-4 tbsp of jam, and spread on top of the cheesecakes. Served.
