Serious car accident in Chicoutimi

Four people were injured, including three seriously in a face-to-face meeting at 6:40 am on Wednesday on the Boulevard du Royaume in Chicoutimi.
The driver of a van would have lost control of his vehicle near the peasant trade auto parts.

“The van was equipped with summer tires and the snow had accumulated on the road,” explains Bruno Cormier, spokesperson for the Saguenay Police Service.

The truck hit a vehicle running in the opposite direction.

Four people were injured, three of them seriously.

Emergency services are always on site.

More details to come.
