Beauce: back to school in two schools, but transfer to another

SCOTT – The return to school at school The reception of Scott, in Beauce, which was to take place on Tuesday, was postponed to May 6, according to what the Beauce-Etchemin School Board announced.
The decision announced late Monday, is motivated by the magnitude of damage to the school building by floods, which are larger than expected.

Actual School is located on President Kennedy’s road in Scott, a few dozen meters from the banks of the Chaudiere River.

On the other hand, the school board announces that classes are resuming as planned on Tuesday at Sainte-Marie at the Mgr-Feuiltault schools on Vachon Boulevard South and Maribel at Saint-Antoine Street.

However, some classes had to be relocated. All children are required to attend school as usual and will be taken to temporary locations. Those who use school transportation will be picked up at the usual place and time.
